Sometimes you shouldn’t be afraid to try a new viewing angle. And lying on your belly in a graveyard qualifies in my book. Thankfully I didn’t pick up any ticks. 🙂
Edgar Allen Poe’s immortal poem “Annabel Lee” chorused through my mind as composed the shot. The walkway itself was actually rather long: almost 40 feet. Perhaps it was meant to symbolize the journey to the afterlife or some indication of the importance of the one entombed?
