How to Rock Food: Cookhouse Cutie Blog Logo

What? Isn’t this a blog about photography? Why yes. Yes it is. 🙂

I’ve promoted my fellow photographers here before, and I thought it was high time I showed off the brand new site of my wife, assistant, and fellow photographer JoDee Fountain! JoDee’s specialty is food: both its preparation (known as “styling”) and photographing it.

As always, lighting and exposure are critical. And shallow depth of field is a common tool used by food photographers for drawing the viewer’s attention to a specific place in an otherwise busy photo.
