Wooden Bear - From an Unknown Carver

I drove past this little guy a dozen times, wondering how it would look behind the camera. Finally one day I noticed the owners of the nearby house were home and I knocked. A pleasant conversation revealed this carved statue had been there when they bought the property. They had no idea who made it or how long it had been there. The element of the unknown clinched it for me. I had to immortalize it.

The size-limited area here lent itself well to the use of the Lensbaby Spark along with a few extra post-processing blur effects.
