Carved Owls - Woodpile Americana

On my way from running an errand in town, I drove past a place selling “gourmet firewood.” Do I really have to say how interested I was?

These two wooden owls sat at the top of two trees that had been carved into modern-day totem poles. It all looked very native american to me and I added some filters to heighten the effect.
